Today, we're a luxury yacht charter and management agency based in Croatia, offering premium crewed charters worldwide, central agency representation, and professional management built on real ownership experience. Our Story
Before founding Daymark Marine, we worked in the largest yacht charter company worldwide selling yachts and charter, organising marketing, been a yacht charter client multiple times, owned and operated hotels worldwide, managed spas in 5-star hotels, owned a thriving yacht charter agency focused on the Ukraine and Russia markets. We built strong relationships, delivered exceptional experiences, and understood what it took to keep guests and owners satisfied. But when the war forced us to close that chapter, we also experienced the other side of the yachting industry—as yacht owners working with charter management companies that fell short.

Founder and Charter Manager
Evgenia (Eva) Vatutina
Ukrainian by birth, Eva's entrepreneurial journey began immediately after finishing a high-school in US at age 17, when she opened her first business, demonstrating early drive and business acumen. She then pursued a career in banking, advancing to the role of Large Corporate Clients Manager, while graduating as a Bachelor of Business Administration/ Management . In 2010, Eva moved to Croatia and transitioned into her true passion—the tourism industry. She began by managing a 5-star hotel spa. From there, she joined one of the world's largest yacht charter company as Marketing and Direct Charter Sales Manager, transferring to Yacht Sales after. This unique combination—operations, marketing, sales, and client relations—gave Eva comprehensive insight into what makes yacht charters successful. She later founded and operated her own thriving yacht charter agency, oriented on Ukrainian and Russian Markets. The agency took pause due to the war in Ukraine and maternity obligations for a couple of years. Today, a newly re-opened agency Daymark Marine manages the fleet of 3 luxury catamarans, where Eva brings a complete perspective: she understands what owners need, what clients expect, and how to deliver both flawlessly.
Base Operations Manager
Marta Pezelj
Marta has graduated with a tourism major and worked at Sunsail and Moorings based. She has then taken over full Charter and Base operations of a smaller yacht charter company in Croatia, overseeing all the aspects of the booking process.
Admin Assistant and Customer Relations
Melody Vladisavljević
Melodi is a dedicated member of the Daymark Marine team, bringing experience in sales, customer relations, and booking management together with a warm, direct, and creative approach. She supports clients throughout the entire charter process, ensuring they feel understood, guided, and genuinely cared for—from the first inquiry to the final details of their journey.
While much of her time is spent among yachts and clients, she stays grounded through her love of nature and life’s simple, authentic pleasures. The calm, clear waters of the sea are a particular source of inspiration and renewal for her.
Fluent in four languages and known for her reliability, Melodi brings genuine commitment to everything she does. Whether helping clients choose the right yacht or ensuring a seamless booking experience, she offers clarity, calm, and a personal touch in every interaction.
